TheWigMall.com Policy on Returns

 
 

Each storefront on TheWigMall.com has its own, individual policy on returns. You should check the Returns Policy at each storefront for particulars.

The General Policy on Returns for The WigMall.com is that merchandise may be returned only for credit in the amount of the purchase price plus your original shipping costs, less a 10-20% re-stocking fee, under the following conditions.

1. You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from TheWigMall.com Customer Service Department by email to customerservice@TheWigMall.com.

2. The request for an RMA# must be made within three business days of your receiving the merchandise.

3. The merchandise is returned unopened, unworn, and unbrushed with tag attached, and contained in its original manufacturer's packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, or if the wrong color or style has been shipped to you, we will - if possible - replace the merchandise, correct the problem and refund your shipping costs, or at our option, refund your original purchase price and shipping costs.

Select hair colors very carefully, an RMA cannot be provided because the color you ordered is not what you thought it would be, or how it would look.

Jon Renau and easihair products do not allow returns of any merchandise, so we are unable to accept returns on their products.

Shipments returned without receiving an RMA# in advance cannot receive credit.

The RMA# must be marked plainly and legibly on the outside of the shipping container.

All returns should be shipped to the address you are provided at the time you receive your RMA.
